Michael Feingold- President and CEO​

Michael is a veteran with over twenty years experience in the office equipment industry and 30 years in sales and sales management. Having worked for Minolta Business Solutions now known as KonicaMinolta, Lanier/ Ricoh, and Oce' North America he started his career as a Sales Representative, Sales Manager, and then promoted to Branch General Manager with two Long Island branches and an operating budget of over $15 million per year.  Michael proudly attained the companies highest honors during his tenure:

In 2011, Michael launched Digital Onesource Consulting Solutions to focus on the SMB market bringing one to one digital equipment consulting to the end users acting as a "Buyers Agent for Corporate America".  By many years of experience in the office automation field we have gained the knowledge of being in the technological forefront of the digital age, the company can provide independent choices from many manufacturers versus a representative from a single manufacturer.

Support is provided in several ways depending on product in addition to our own onsite or remote management response:

  • Lenovo Servers and Computers: All onsite warranty products from Lenovo are supported by IBM Field Trained Technicians in addition to Tier 1 telephone support

  • Lenovo Premium Support Available Tier 2 and 3.

  • Managed Services: We have three levels of support for Network Management

    • Local Reactive Support by Telephone and Remote Services by incident Fee Based

    • Local Proactive Support by Telephone, Remote Services and Onsite Monthly Fee Based

    • NOC Desk (Network Operations Center) 24/7/365 Monthly Fee Based Tier 1 through 3 

  • Copiers/ Printers : Local Field Trained technicians by Lexmark , Ricoh, and KonicaMInolta

  •  Field Nation: A Network of qualified technicians throughout the United States to provide onsite response to any technology challenge

  • Per Diem by request for special assignments or project management
